FL88 Terms & Conditions — Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Casino Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the FL88 platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and FL88 ("Company", "we", or "platform"), governing your use of the fl88.cash website, mobile application, and all services provided by FL88.

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the FL88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all Terms set out in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the FL88 platform immediately.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the FL88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name as per your identification card, phone number, email address, and valid banking details.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Creating multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list or betting prohibition list enforced by FL88.
• Not use a VPN, proxy, or any other technical means to conceal your actual location while using the FL88 platform.

FL88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including copies of your identification card, bank statement, or proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of your account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the FL88 platform are subject to the following policies:

• Minimum Deposit: RM10 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard transactions; however, FL88 reserves the right to set limits on specific accounts based on risk assessment.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM30 per request. Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes, subject to any required security checks.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and FPX. FL88 does not accept cash payments or any payment method not listed here.
• The bank account or e-wallet name used for withdrawals must match the registered FL88 account holder's name. Withdrawals to third parties are strictly prohibited.
• FL88 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals until the KYC verification process is complete or any investigation into suspicious activity has concluded.
• Any deposit made through an unapproved method may be rejected and returned, subject to applicable administrative fee deductions.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

FL88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Wagering Requirement (Rollover): All bonuses received must meet the required rollover multiple (typically between 20x and 35x) before any withdrawal is permitted. The exact rollover requirement is stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonus Validity Period: All bonuses have a specified validity period. Any unused bonus or unfulfilled rollover requirement within that period will expire automatically without compensation.
• Bonuses may only be used for gameplay within the FL88 platform and may not be transferred, sold, or directly exchanged for cash.
• FL88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if abuse or fraud is suspected.
• Members are not permitted to make a deposit and withdraw funds without placing any meaningful bets ("bonus abuse"). FL88 employs an automated detection system to identify such behaviour.
• The FL88 VIP Rewards Programme has its own terms, which can be reviewed on the VIP Rewards. Accumulated reward points cannot be directly exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.

5 Game Rules

All games available on the FL88 platform — including video slots, Live Casino, blackjack, roulette, digital lottery, and Sports Betting covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, and e-sports — are subject to the following rules:

• All game outcomes are final once a round has concluded. No appeals will be entertained on technical grounds unless there is a clear and verifiable system error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, FL88 will rely on stored server data to determine a fair outcome. Decisions based on server data are final and binding.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are set by FL88 and are subject to change. The limits that apply are those displayed in the game interface at the time the bet is placed.
• FL88 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been audited and certified by independent international bodies to ensure fairness across all slot and table games.
• For Sports Betting, all displayed odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled except under specific circumstances as determined by FL88.
• The use of bots, automated software, artificial intelligence, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

6 Account Closure & Suspension

FL88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to fraud, system manipulation, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Providing false or misleading registration information, including concealing your true age or using another person's identity.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months with no login activity or transactions.
• A voluntary account closure request made by the member themselves for self-exclusion or responsible gambling reasons.
• Instructions from relevant regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or courts.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, FL88 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances, including bonuses and any pending withdrawals. Where account closure occurs for other reasons, any valid balance will be returned to the member within 5 to 14 business days.

7 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FL88 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a member as a result of betting activity on the FL88 platform, whether ordinary or excessive.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond FL88's control, including internet connectivity issues, third-party server outages, natural disasters, or government directives.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the FL88 platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

The FL88 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. FL88 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, viruses, or errors.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

FL88 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all members in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). By registering and using the FL88 platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy ours.

• Personal data collected — including your name, identification number, address, phone number, email address, and financial information — is used solely for account management, identity verification, and legal compliance purposes.
• FL88 will not sell, transfer, or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or court order.

9 Responsible Gaming
